It's a shame it doesn't have enough support and a more active development.

I have a weakness for gagging and there are not enough games out there with good gagging animations and "mechanics"(the last one I played was Hack n' stalk 2 from the Architect and sadly he didn't add it to his later games).

I think the dev is still active. Last official update was Jan 2024 and so far he's worked hard on updating models to UE5 meta humans so models will look so much better and he is adding sex poses.

I think his next update will be massive.

Last update was over year ago. Dev said he had a newborn around then, so I think there's a pretty good chance he's just too busy and hasn't had the time he would've hoped to work on the game. I think there's a chance he returns to active development or even has been working occasionally on something that's not ready yet, but speaking from experience, the first few years with the first kid are tiring and can change your perspective. Guess we'll see.

games like this are kinda like spiritual successors to super deepthroat by konashion back in the day, and that was a game that started with oral and cum physics but never got other positions until people modded it in, and that was a flash game even. let 'im cook and I'm sure other stuff will get added, mods or otherwise

Yeah, while it's true no new characters can be added to TrueFacials, the way you can mod them with new textures makes a dramatic difference in the game and how satisfying it can be. Not to mention some other guy in the Discord is doing crazy feats to add even more changes to the game.

If this game allowed editing/adding characters on the get-go and on an easy way, it would be a way better option than TrueFacials, but as of now it seems sorta limited in that regard, not to mention even vanilla TF characters are extremely beautiful, remastered they are just works of art. When i mean adding characters is for example being able to add something like this without much problem:

or edit characters to look the same as that by replacing assets from the ones that model has. (Sorta manual/custom modding to freely add characters).

There are even UE ready characters that i'd just kill to have in a game like this:

Are the mods no longer supported in the current version? Downloading and placing the few existing ones out there into the Mod folder, and the game doesn't seem to recognize them.
