The main download (Chapter 2, file "HeavyFive-2RS-pc" in the download links themselves) is the most current. If the Chapter 4 download looks more recent, I'd guess the links probably expired and were replaced.

Ah, got it. I'll be honest, the interface from the older version looks better in some regards, but I realize that may just be me - the font in the new one is very trek-ish, and hard to read.

I was hoping for more content, as there doesn't appear to be any actual H-scenes between the MC and other characters in the latest version, but the story is engaging and I can be patient!

I love Notty and all, but she will never finish this. She can't even get the story past a few chapters before she goes back and reworks things. I'm not convinced there is much of a story past a certain point.

Basically, you mean that the endings are not already plotted.. Wrong!!

The endings were in fact the first things she plotted. She reverse-engineered the main(and sub) plots and also romances according to them till the point of origin: The arrival of the Entrepid near Ophion.

Not sure what you mean by "H-scenes", but you can sex up the hot asian engineer in Chapter 3 (it's either 3 or 4 and I want to say it's 3).

Agreed. Latest update (on the 31st) has the game squeezed down enough that Notty has put it (reremastered chapters 1-5) back in the hands of playtesters to find any last bugs. (She'd paused playtesting when she realized that the game was too large for mobile release, so it had to be compressed, and it's better to do that before bug testing to make sure no animations or visuals were terribly messed up.)

Alright then! Here is my walkthrough!

• Covers sexy renders in relevance to each major character-focused routes.
• Covers all the important choices for every major route of every girl.
• Does not cover every bit of story, lore or jokes. Play the game, if you want to know more and laugh more.
• Does not cover freeroam content (clickables) unrelated to character paths.
• It is not based on the code and it doesn't contain stat changes. No peeking under the hood.
• No snarky remarks, suggestions to the dev, or any other inappropriate content.

I agree, the fonts for the choices is not attractive to my eyes (in the HeavyFive-2RS-pc download).

Maybe I am misunderstanding, but I downloaded both HeavyFive-2RS-pc and HeavyFire-4R-pc.
I played through to the end of HeavyFire-2RS-pc, and it is only Chapter 1 and Chapter 2.
The main menu of HeavyFive-4R-pc shows a banner indicating "Chapters One to Four".
So is 2RS really the most current version?
If that is so, then I can only guess that this means that 2RS is an unfinished rebuild of the game, maybe?

CH2RS is the rebuilt version of the game. It has the latest content.
CH5RS is the one we're all waiting for and will continue on that path.
Ignore CH4R as it's an older version, the code in that won't work properly later down the line.

Awfully quiet here! For anyone not following on Patreon a couple of new posts have come out, with another one expected in the next week or so. Sounds like the compression work is completed and dev just wants to do some additional playtesting to make sure timings and everything still work.

Before the inevitable "this will never be done" posts start up again - just wanted to say I am really pumped for the release of the new chapter and remaster.

I am firmly in the camp of "what do you mean remaster, this game already looks and plays fantastic - and what the hell is Annie going to make me do for the panties?", but I have to admit I am getting pretty excited to see the remastered version of everything!

remasters are generally done when the game is just about dead, and the dev has no idea what to do next and just gives up, that's the way things usually go with these types of games. The length of time this game has been in so called development with no new game update in so long, I wouldn't get your hopes up. Saying that a game is still in development to patrons when it fact might not be points to nothing more than milking them for their money. We'll see I guess, but the length of time since the last update does not bode well at all.

Notty does not accept money... Well, for a long time. (Oddball2k can probably tell you exactly, he is the historian of Heavy.) I'm not going to prove that the game is in development/testing and I've seen pictures and videos of the new parts. If you believe it, you believe it, if you don't, you don't.
We are not stupid (okay, I am), but the wait is free. Time will pass even if we don't hope, so why not?
