Can someone help me with Jessica Underwood's missions? She tells me that I need to set a trap for her boyfriend, but I don't see how.

Not exactly sure, but I think you need to hack the police database at that step. Although maybe I'm wrong, haven't done that questline in a while and maybe it was continued since then.

I am running into this error when trying to do the mad science event.
I am not sure what's causing it though or how to fix it.
I also included the save file in case that helps.
EDIT: I found the event in question in the debug menu and it seems to be in relation to the max variable being 0 (I am assuming, but the ID: 1528 is also 0 so...), but I don't know what the actual max variable is supposed to be.

You sure it's not the Var5 that has become 0? That looks like the only division in that step.

I'm not sure of anything in this process.
Edit: Here is the more blown out screenshot, so var5 is 1 before I trigger the event, but then after the event error is triggered it drops down to 0.
After thinking about it for a minute, I realized that that variable actually is the issue because each time the event triggers it reduces the variable by 1 until it gets down to 1 at which point it tries to divide by zero, so all I had to do was reset the variable to 12 to remove the error.
Might be able to permanently fix it by removing the subtraction since there doesn't seem to be anything in place to act as an event to signal the end of the mad science events.

You should play this for the sandbox gameplay, there isn't too much in terms of art or brilliant writing here
There was something like that posted by one of the devs a couple pages back, but I can't find it at the moment.

I'm guessing someone is a bit too young to remember when some of the early internet adult games were like this, I remember one game series whose name escapes me where you ran around, clicked on a person and a picture came up, all to pirated music like the Chemical Boys playing in the background.

As far as I remember writing wasn't even that bad. It's not a VN to expect a high quality story and the text was doing more for me than the images. Or maybe it was the images that made the writing look good by comparison. It's a pity there is no obvious solution to this, the paperdolls are well done, the premise of the story is nice, but the outdated stolen hentai images ruin this game so much it's unbearable.
I'm hooked on this game and I don't know why, spending so much time going round in circles trying to trigger events
