When you gain the option for a specific club (i.e. Swimming Club / Cheerleaders / Track and Field) to compete in competitive sports, a new prompt will appear where the specific club is training at their training time. You can assign an advisor there. However, I think you character needs to have a good relationship stat with the potential advisor for them to accept the role.
Sister/Brother comes to live with you to go to school.
Does anyone knows how to fix this?

Well, it's just an increment to the 3rd place of the semantic version, which means it's just another backwards-compatible bugfix update for the current release cycle. That kind of increment should not raise too much expectations, but I still think it's better to release small bugfixes in between than letting people wait for the next bigger update with an uncertain release date.
I also don't think it's a good option to force ourselves to hold back a release with improvements in one aspect (engine) just because we haven't made an arbitrary amount of new content to go along with it. There are different skill sets on the core development team, but currently (perhaps subject to change) only one is an event-only kind of contributor. Two do events but add new stuff to the engine as they see the need while working on events.
And I personally would love to finally get around to working on the event side again, but every time I do I keep thinking of stuff that could be better with new gameplay/engine changes that we have planned for the future and see it as wasted effort to start working on that stuff now as a result. Plus the upcoming end of life for Windows 10 has basically put a gun to my head to get the game fully ported to Linux so that I can continue working on it in the future, so moving to the event side is not really on the table for me at the moment.
We are currently discussing a major redesign of the game world, though. The plan is to split the town of Smallville into two distinct districts, with the current map becoming more of a dedicated "suburb" area and a new area being introduced to become a proper "city" area. That overall opens up opportunities for new gameplay mechanisms and new locations, such as a red-light district, gambling den, porn studio, movie theater and a rival school. Moving between the two districts would be done by car (assuming the player can buy one), bus or the train station. One goal was to finally give a reason for the player to commute via train and trigger those events there. And it also makes sense in the quest line of some NPCs.
Probably cause canonically your parents would have to be in their late 40s or 50s. And that would be pretty niche (better off as mod).

That looks like the location layout debugging option. Not sure if the config option for that is still exposed in the settings menu of the current version. But you should be able to manually change it in the config file.
Go to
C:\Users\%YourUserName%\AppData\Local\hhs_\hhs+_%SomeRandomCharacters%\0.0.0.0\user.config
and open it with a text editor.
Then find the setting "layout_EnableDebug" and change its value to "False".
EDIT: Or do what barteke said. That's where the option went in the UI...

Given how the player can choose an arbitrary age for their character with a limit of up to ~50 years, it's also possible that your parents would have to be ~70. (Maybe we should put some sharper restrictions on parent age overall, since it does not make that much sense. And if the player was 50 and the siblings were still 18, then the parents would have had the siblings when they were in their 50s. Not even talking about how the age gap to your siblings.)
Just going to add this to anyone who uses the search and is stuck on not getting the spycam event in the computer room, it can only trigger 1 week after first entering the room, so keep that in mind.

and why not provide for a difference in the age of siblings (and also allow the parent-child relationship type) of about 10-11 years, like Marcus Mancini and Lilith Mancini, who considered each other siblings, but in fact turned out to be parent and child, because Marcus Mancini was a sperm donor for his mother when he was about 10+ years old. I mean the case from the VN "The Guardian" I looked at the statistics - the number of women giving birth from 9 to 15 years old is not zero and does not even fit into a hundred. so - you can safely make a difference in the age of parent and child of 10 years. mother is 20, son is 10. son-principal's mother came to him in his 20s, who is a little over 30 ... they can have a great future in this city together (hehe), fortunately, both had a "common past" and the mother still has a reserve of years of fertility. although the sister is 2 years younger - not bad either although the age difference is about 20 years for the rest of the college students - ok.
Why you don't say that you're editing the game as well?
The head positions are clearly for the adult, meaning either you have a mod using the adult head placement, or you edited it yourself.
I got curious, I never had playthroughs for so long, neither if that changed or was already applied in game, but if a student reaches adult age, will they start using adult bodies? How that works with special students, given that their files have exclusive folders/files?
