The older HHS (with the blue, red, green, purple balls) were so much better. Just some management elements and a lot scenes. But this here is too much sandbox. So many empty locations, so much to click, every girl must be individually corrupted and the cherry on top is, from the first minute you still dont know what exactly is the goal in this game.

I am assuming that you asked them if they needed help with anything?
In which case, you just repeat the same interaction once you have the requested item and they'll ask if you have it, then you give it to them.
People in the meeting aren't siding with me, even after I hypnotized them to agree with me on PTA. Is this a bug?

To add: If you forgot which item they want, you can open their character information sheet and it should show up in there somewhere.

The option only becomes available (I believe) after you have progressed with them to some degree, similar to how you can only plant a command phrase after multiple hypno sessions, and the degree that they will be swayed is only a small amount.
For example, if you are trying to convince them to side with you on something they are completely opposed to, they will still refuse, but if they were only thinking of abstaining, then they might vote yes.

Havent played this one in like a decade. What are the best mods for it in 2025? Just looking for more content generally, with a preference towards exhibitionism content.
Depends on the level of PTA support level. From the guide linked in the OP:
Most of the time Low Support will prevent a Veto at least, so you can pass policies if you worked through the events for most of the PTA members (or corrupted them to support the policies naturally).
alright, found the fix for the bug if you have multiple duplicate faces and wrong colors like black faces etc. check the modules and change priority until there are no more red or yellow warnings. also put the PD mods to the highest priority number. PD Body highest, PD head right after that. start either a new game or open debug bottom right in a running game and change it in modules, then update.

I went into the hospital and they assigned me as a fake doctor with the POO thing. I did a few random seeming events in the hospital after, but then when I next went there they just told me there had been complaints and stopped that and I lost a ton of loyalty.
Did I just not visit the place enough and I failed or is this just part of the events? If I did fail, is there a way to restart it?

This happens when your reputation drops below a specific amount. IIRC it restarts when you bring your reputation back up.

So this is a mod related issue (I am assuming) where Carmen Smith is not showing up as a potential hire for teachers, but from what I can see, all of her content is correct and accurate to standard as she is still listed as being a teacher in the debug menu and still says that she is a teacher and is still listed as a special character, but her population tags don't show her as being anything (parent, teacher, etc.) which makes her uniquely nothing in the game currently.
I am assuming this is an issue with the Teacher Compendium mod, but I have no idea how to fix it.

IIRC Carmen Smith only shows up once you built the biology classroom (or chemistry? One of these). Did you do that already?
