They definitely will. There are 4-5+ corruption stages with a change in clothing (cloths as well as underwear) planned.
It's as sfoMMA85 said. They will have different outfits in-game, and also nearly full-body portraits implemented in a rudimentary character screen that will see more changes in outfits overtime, from sexy to downright slutty.

That's something I feedbacked N_Taii several times^^ I would love to see a little more interactions with the MC and the girls really trying to get his attation (by teasing him or using their new learned skills). Also I would love to see more lewd interactions with the MC (especially with Rose). IMO the NTR only gets heavier the stronger the bond between MC and his LIs is. I'm very much in agreement with this — for as much as I loved Chapter 2 and its characters, I think the one major thing that felt missing was just how innocent and platonic Noah was as a protagonist even as the story began its descent into depravity. Albeit for pretty obvious reasons with Aywin, that it probably would've risked crossing some Patreon guidelines to imply any sort of attraction that Noah might have for his mother... but even with Celis, something about his crush felt too clean. It was obviously an intentional decision to drive home the difference between Noah and Edwyr, but I personally think it might've gone a bit too far in making him seem so unilaterally sexless by nature.
The encouraging thing for me about Leto as the protagonist of Chapter 3 is that he seems more conflicted. His relationship with Rose is more clearly defined, even if they haven't crossed any of those lines yet. He even has an NTR dream about her completely on his own, unlike Noah's mid-game nightmares about Aywin and Celis being associated with More's influence creeping in. And neither Cyanna or Haylen are actually related to Leto, which makes it safer to have him express some sexual interest in them when confronted with lewd situations.
So far, I think it's pretty clear that he does already have those feelings with Cyanna... Haylen's more of an open question, but I remain hopeful.

I do as well. On the good side; I am talking a lot with N_taii and he told me he had plans to delve more into the relationship between Leto and the other LIs. How far we will see. But I do hope it becomes more, especially with some characters.
