You do know those choices only affect what stuff you see in sex scenes, right? The story is entirely linear, i.e. kinetic. So no, the tag should definitely stay.

Don't bother, friend. That other guy is completely off his rocker (and probably also meds) nutty about this whole thing, and clearly just can't be reasoned with at all. Pedants like that are best dealt with the same way you deal with trolls and other undesirables, i.e. ignoring them.
