I can confirm that 1.01 that is currently available for download has Klee 2.0 retreat after bombing the crud out of you.
Also you can use cheat engine (set parameter to all) and quickly max out resources, personnel (becareful, too many people means too much food consumption) and thus build super squads very early (i.e noctus Hillichurl + other element hillichurl).

I legitimately have no idea how people are playing this game. Is everyone using cheats or something? I've given it 2 hours and it's legitimately impossible. I don't know if I'm somehow missing extremely basic gameplay elements or something, because I can't do anything except spawn a bunch of garbage basic minions, wait for the first heroine to give me some halfway decent units, and then die as soon as the first strong hero attacks.

You are supposed to just use trash mobs at the begining. Get your first girl. Breed her with the regular guys until she pops a element guy (hopefully element guy has a crossbow) and get these element guys into groups with the regular guys. From there find time to corrupt the girl so she turns noctyl and breed her to create noctyl guys. Noctyl guys can lead more troops per team. Get more land and capture special vip girls who can be interacted with by clicking the prison guard in the generic girl prison screen. Each special VIP girl gives a global buff to all units but in exchange loads of units and prisoners need to be exchanged for sex (most of your units will die but some will become elite potentially more advanced than any normal breeding method would achieve such as samachurls aka the shaman ones).
Just park units in as many properties as you can get away with and occupy them with enough power to take ownership. This will ship prisoners to you without you having to do anything. Unique locations should be sweeped to generate VIPs.
Breeding slimes seems mostly pointless unless I've missed something. You want to get better leader units so you can then shove stronger units under those leaders.
Make sure she is idle and then click and drag her to the central altar. She will be corrupted slowly but you can speed it up by clicking the flame at the bottom right and sacrificing prisoners to up the abyssal power. You can also knock out landmarks to up your abyssal power (mandatory to do this as well since the girls take up your capacity and exceeding it is game over).
Anyone know how to unlock more torture options? I still only see the default one you start with and I can't figure out how to get more
Playing this game then a power 300 enemy drops in your main camp, and you only have max 150 power units is total bullshit.
Uhm, so how do I get out of the cave/base? I tried every key I could think of and I am completely stuck.

What a shitty game! The graphics are great, but everything else is crap. I had so many people, and then they were wiped out like flies by a single opponent, and I lost the game.

Bro, let him work on the game for a bit. It's Version 1.1 (maybe should have said V0.1 regardless of completion, perhaps) of their first game. All of these things are mistakes they'll probably fix on this one, and not repeat on any next games.
I don't want this being their only source of feedback, and it to all be needlessly negative.
It honestly is more of a 0.1 though its very feature complete for the content it intends to cover. You only start to notice unfinished things when you get to Liyue. There's loads of placeholders for the other nations. Main issue is just the grind isn't very fun and it takes too long to get good troops and you need a lot of them. Mondstat is a goddamn fortress and you will burn through even the most meta of troop compositions.
Shehe and Hu tao also appear to be darn near impossible to take out as they have some sort of last stand ability.

this is rough right now, it's very hard to understand anything, the difficulty curve is wild, the navigation is terrible, the tutorial is useless, but i hope it gets better, i'll wait for a couple of updates to see how it goes, goblin burrow is amazing and hopefully this game becomes amazing too

I gave this a try, it looked interesting, but even though the frames have been translated to english, there is no instruction, and i can't figure out what i'm supposed to do. I can attack places around me, and use the auto to attack, but i cannot figure out how to manually attack, or how it works.
Likewise, the rooms have no real instruction. Is there any sort of a walkthrough or a translated instruction file that tells you what you are supposed to do with the 'teams' you build? i build them, but they just deduct from my number of critters, can't tell how to access them ordo anything with them?
