Not seeing them for some time, and with part of the face covered (and eyes closed) you can maybe forgive not realising the different hair colour and the different facial features, but she's naked (and having sex), so surely that would have told you it isn't Charlotte!

who said it would be a professional photoshoot place. When I say for fun I mean in private probably with her mother around talking her into it. Or hell could be at a place her mother is doing a photoshoot and she happens to be there gets talked into it it's not stretch something like that with the MC would happen.
Only thing I don't think would happen is if it was in a professional capacity then yeah I don't think he would be around.
