Virt A Mate came out in 2017 and still has no equal. I advise you to try it, the physics and graphics are incredible)

You don't need a vr headset but the last time I checked it was easier and better to use with a vr headset.

you can play without VR

Does some devs come here from House Party team? I found some similarities in arts. But might be because they went from same school.
Can't wait this game becoming something bigger than single house though, Monolith Bay was epic.

Have you tried it without VR?

I did but it was a long time ago(atleast a year, probably). All I can remember is "playing" with a vr headset was easier and more convenient. I don't know about mods as I've barely used a few of them during my playtime.
