Ok - I don´t know the Steam version, although I can´t imagine that this base game has reduced basic functions in comparision to the HS2 japanese base version.
Anyway - if AmaNo is right you can add the SB3 patch from ScrewThisNoise from main page

Well I think there was something going wrong in your extraction.
The big file you should get should look like this (unfortunately I can´t see the file ending in your screenshot)
As we can see it´s not the same size, yours is missing some.
But: as you can find here https://thef95zone.info/threads/honey-select-2-dx-r13-illusion.53457/post-10481161 the standard way is to extract the splitted files directly into the game main folder by starting the .001 file.
But I see minimum 2 files looking not correctly named and 1 not compressed as 7z, so we evantually have to do some extra work.
Pls share a new screenshot of your download content with all visible file endings.

What I can see is that you have buried your game in some subfolders on I:\.
Unnecessary long file pathes are reason no1 for crashing, so place your game folder on top of the drive and give a short name, e.g. I:\HS2-R13.
For overlays and the like, you need to access the overlays mod. It brings up a sidemenu where you would normally see the bodypart selection for sliders. If you are talking about a dress, go to the clothing tab, at the bottom of the menu on the right you'll find a few new features, one of which should look like an overlay or paint menu. It will bring up a menu on the left that has a list of the different clothing parts (bra, panty, upper, lower, shoe, etc), and when you scroll down from those buttons, you can find the overlay area for the part you want to place an overlay on. An overlay takes the invisible mesh of the clothing piece and the bones, then places a picture over it that has the same basic image structure of the "unwrapped" mesh (a png map of the mesh in 2d). The overlay places an image into the same structure as the mesh so that the images line up with the mesh, and in some cases, those images warp to match the mesh more closely. When you have premade meshes, you can load them from a folder in the menu. You just need to install them into a location you can access easily. I place mine in one of the overlay folders, in a folder with the name of the clothing, in a folder with a name for the overlay. When you tell the program to apply an overlay, it will open a window to find the file, then you simply pick the file, and apply it. This will replace any colors you currently have edited. You may not be able to change the colors (I've heard some people have been able to with the latest version of the mod). You could, however, open the overlay in an image editor, and use a color replacement there.

Disable graphic mode, DHH mode, Better anti-aliasing. disable playboop plugin, boopz and ear wiggle. Reboot your machine and start your game. let me know what did you find
Some AI cards also could crash your game, Why? I dunno but i've undergo that.

Only Auto Save actived in InitSetting.
I don't know how to disable "playboop plugin, boopz and ear wiggle" but i didn't actived anything myself.
I also not using any cards. I just opening game, Clicking "play" or "Create character" Whenever loading screen ends and shows me default character, game suddenly crashing.

Your game still crash? if not, maybe it was once-in-a-while event. if yes:
Move your "MyMods" folder to a safe location, outside game folder
Move your "chara" folder too.
disable the graphic mode, DHH mode
Launch your game, and let me know what yo got.
Sometimes large filepaths leads to crashes. Run out of memory, large and many files in chara folder too (some folks say it only make load times more fast, but I have had that issue and now mu chara folder has only ten or less chara cards, no flaws since.
Also if you have your game in a external driver, bad cable plug connections aldo may be responsable of crashes.
it looks like, and i'm guessing here, that you need the special character card for this head.
if you don't have it the result is what you get, shown in your screenshot.
as shown in my example, i got the card and the head is shown in the facial type/skin section, and only this single skin, nothing else.

Seems like Crash fixed after i moved "MyMods" and "chara" folder. But is that mean i can not have those folders? What will happen now?
I'm far from an expert on this, but that would likely mean some character cards and mods are the reason for your crashes. Narrowing down which seems to be the way to go forward.

Now you have to search for the "villain" making your game crash.
Now you try either MyMods or chara moving back to your game to reduce the possible bad files.
If you detected one of these create this folder as new empty one in the right position and transfer one file after the other and test the game, til you find the bad one.
Btw: how is the history of your game? Did you already have an older version running well or is R13 your first install of HS2?
How many MyMods or chara cards do you have?
If possible share explorer screenshots of the contents of these 2 folders.

As TurboJoe and Fusspliff have already mentioned, you now need to start moving some of that folder back into its normal place.
In my experience the culprit is more likely to be one of the Mods.
If you move all the Characters back first, then see if it will open and run properly (ignoring that many cards will be missing Mods) then you can eliminate that. If it throws up an issue then move them all back out again and then move them in in chunks. It can be time consuming but the one time it happened to me I was able to isolate the problem item (a particular mod) surprisingly quickly.
If everything was working fine previously then that also probably indicates the cause was a more recent addition. So if you arrange the content of those folders in date order that may mean you identify things quicker.

move first your chara folder make an empty folder and reme it as "MyMods" it shouls looks like this: your drive:\your game name folder\mods\MyMods
work and play as ussual, in the event a missing zipmod pops up, copy that UNIQUE zipmod into your drive:\your game name folder\mods\MyMods and see whats happens.
it's gonna be a long way to find what zipmod is the bad one, but beliveme, there is no other way AFAIK :/

Well I did what you guys said. Honestly, I don't know why, but when I moved all the "my mods" and "chara" files back into the game files, the crashing problem did not come back. Whether these folders are in game files or not, when I run the program called StudioNeoV2, it crashes as soon as I open it. The reason I downloaded Honey Select is because I want to make a game and I will render a scene from there.
I have not used Honey Select before. I downloaded it for the first time, and I didn't install anything extra.
In short, I want to render a scene for the game I'm going to do, so I downloaded it. But right now, although the main game is running smoothly, Studio crashes as soon as it opens.
This is inside of "MyMods" folder. I mean it is pretty empty. I didn't changed anything, It was like that default when i downloaded game. Anyway whatever i put this file inside of game folde or not Studio program still crashing.
