Yeah, if I remember correctly she has to have a high corruption and when she is on a date with him you should leave her alone, same with her interaction on the webcam at 2pm

That's actually a mistake. Jake gets the first chance to take Adel's virginity at the party, but you can play the good guy and not have drunk sex with her, just end it at the BJ or sooner. After the party happens as well as story events and leveling up all the roommate's relationship levels, you can start the Lucas NTR path and he can take her virginity in the garage. She can also have her virginity taken by the town doctor and her potential boyfriend Thomas. You just have to be a good boy at the party and not screw her when she's drunk and then start getting her corruption up by being mean and having her cover your rent by blowing the landlord every weekend.
OR, you can just turn on cheats, up the numbers yourself to avoid the grind and even reset Adel's virginity whenever you want, although Lucas in the garage is the only valid time it will accept that LUCAS took her virginity. All the other NTR times don't trigger the virginity message because it logically needs to have already happened for it to be at that point. Thomas and the Doctor can get repeated virginity taken messages by resetting her virginity with the cheats in the phone because they are separate content that don't rely on the Lucas levels.
