No, there's no difference. Only bugs were fixed. Your can copy the folder www/save to the new version.

Yes. When you reach that point in the game, the photo album page gets more polaroids.

Before unlocking that skill, if she is wet enough you can penetrate her without a condom but she won't let you cum inside without an affection penalty, only outside.

If not, you need to wait to unlock the next skill in which it is allowed to cum inside

So I was curious about what happens if I select "cum inside" without even unlocking baths. She yells "don't cum inside!" and you can choose it again to do it and incur an affection penalty like you mentioned. However she just went down two affection points instead of anything else happening.

I kind of expected the game to get a bad ending because of that... Slightly disappointed that my curiosity didn't get sated with a heavier consequence.


Side note: Kind of sad that this game doesn't really treat the loss of virginity as anything special like other games, I just unlocked some positions, was around affection and intimacy 60 (Didn't even unlock bathing together!!!) and simply was able to select "penetrate" once she was wet enough.

I was like, heh, maybe she'll say something interesting and tell me to stop? But instead it just went in and I was stunned. It would be more erotic if there was some dialogue surrounding it.

Anyway, 10/10 game, waiting for the voice dlc.
