There is a hyper-proportions tag, but I agree that it's not very specific. Same with transformation; that presumably includes dick growth, but also every other conceivable physical change that a character can experience (unless it falls under body-modification).

I think the hyper proportions tag is there almost exclusively for games like Cockham, Cabin by the Lake, In for a Penny, Doll World, Bimbo High... Stuff where the female characters are almost all tits and butt. Obviously, that normally comes combined with equally huge cocks, but I believe that tag was created to calm down all the haters saying stuff like "Why can't women have normal sized tits for once??" or "Not again with the gross massive bodies!!". Dude, you saw the tag. If you don't like huge proportions, you know what to do. But they'll say it anyway...

True, although I actually don't really like that combination - feels like if everyone is huge, then no one is. Unfortunately big-cock without hyper-proportions is probably just going to end up meaning "porn star size and up", which doesn't really cut it for my tastes :p
