I periodically check on the release of the thrid book and the Patreon has a post on the preorder for a book being delayed. Post is from Aug 17.
Anyone know if the book preorder is going to be patreon exclusive? I really don't want to miss it since I already own the other two physically, it's been hard to keep up on the updates because there is no e-mail newsletter afaik.

It's not being talked about like an exclusive release on IG or the actual publisher site, but the tease was also for an August launch and it hasn't happened yet

So far it's just 3 pinups (two of which he published on his Bluesky). He's asking for 1000$/month on Patreon to start working on the comic.

- Wrendwin looks correct to me, the letter is strikingly similar to the "n" in "when" right below it
- I believe it reads Erg at Bagnerat, almost identical to the "ner" in "manners"; anyway, after that the line continues and turned back, you must have added that "I" when you noted the line down
- that might be Moth Gava,
doesn't look like an "r" to memight be Garn after all, it does look similar to the "r" in "turned" or Gara, can't tell it that is "a" or "n" (was initially thinking "v" looking at "roved" but "r" in "turned" looks closer to the letter in question) - jungles seems to be correct once more and wyrd is the precurser to todays "weird"

Thanks for pointing out, looks like just my typo.
If you can’t tell for sure yourself then I’m leaning towards my initial thought of Garn – that sharp hook doesn’t seem to be appearing somewhere else except in ‘r’, and author’s ‘a’ is usually a bit less perfunctory than that and more distinct.
I figured out it’s weirdest, only wasn’t sure if it’s deliberately ungrammatical or what. Somehow it didn’t come to mind that it could be archaic.
Thank you very much for a quick response! Helps a lot with my little playing around with a translation of this work of art.

Though, it must be Bagneret, since Google search gives some matches, according to which it’s French – no surprise, since there’s a lot of French in the comic – like “Banierey” or something like that.
Are you trying to figure out what is written or what it could have been? 'Cause if you compare it to the writing provided that is definitely "at".

Hm. I don’t know, it’s a bit more likely “e” from what I see as well as from what I’m figuring out logically. I mean, I’m not insisting (it’s me who came here for help after all) but really – doesn’t the letter look similar to a lot of e’s in the text?

That is the wrong motion for "e" in any of the e's, and the absolute right one for "a". There're also examples for "et" and "at" in that same paragraph.
Not bashing, I simply had to decipher handwritings in a lot of medieval texts during my studies.
