It can't open or find the image. Most likely because you unpacked the file without Japanese language support.
so I should first install the official mods then install the orc japanese version mod for it to work?
I did scroll back some pages ago about name encoding before extracting the content from the zip file and it works now. Thanks for the advice tho
Sooooooo after talking to the woman at the orc camp the orc with princess got teleported in what seems like a wooden hut and I'm stuck inside a closet near the bed (can't upload picture dunno why). I can make it face 4 directions but can't move or anything. Plz anyone who had tried orc mod guide me thru this.

The Orc mod is very vulnerable.
This is a trigger problem because a text is not properly scripted in English
I solved it like this.
1. first the main game 1.05.4 is the best version.
2. VP_hiroiheyaMOD1+2_ENG (i have no idea why)
3. then VP 1.05.4 Tim-v9 ENG rec v3.zip
4. orc mod in japanese

Attention do you have other mods like
Tentacle Nympho
Pigman MOD
Chimera MOD
or others
You have to insert them between 3 and 4 in any order.
And observe the country coding everywhere.
( Orc Mod in English is always the last mod)
The mods are a complete mess in English I've been trying for months to make them all work but in English it's almost impossible.
And with the Belly size MOD it becomes an absolute catastrophe because the scrpit points are changed in some scenes.
I've switched to installing everything in Japanese, but even then it's difficult and some trigger points can only be managed with MTool.
But I'm trying to get everything running with almost all mods.
The problem I have to translate everything with MTool afterwards in 3.5 CGPt although the translation is quite good but the codex sex pages and others are not translated.
And I can't get it to work.
I hope I can upload a version with almost all mods with the MTool translation soon.
Another problem is the size and the thousand ways.
So I need players for the bug fixes.
Currently Pig Man mod stress.

It lets Serena become VERY enthusiastic about tentacles over the duration of her stay as a seedbed.
It's not surprising that you've missed mods, the whole thing is completely unorganized and a nightmare to deal with. I'm pretty sure the ability to have mods is a happy accident rather than an intended feature.

Just beware, this one likes to bug out a lot and actually skip progression frames, like in some shots there'll be the tentacles going in, then it skips to empty, then skips to filled. That one is really skiddish but not bad.
It's like the only one where she's enjoying the monster sex to my knowledge.
Also, the ability to mod it is intentional last I checked. The dev did the entire thing with the thought of modding in mind. I don't think it's gotten as big as VH though. That was a different time when it first started and VP is a bit more niche.

Intentional or not, one of my few gripes with the game is just how unmanageable the mods are; both for finding them and trying to install more than one.
I found graphics for a Cecillia birthing scene in the files, but I can't find it in game.
Is it from a mod or do I miss something?

Ok that's a good point, I find it hot especially with how degrading it can get and how you can break Lona into either being extremely slutty to the point of overkill or just constantly depressed, but I get that's not everyone's cup of tea

There is an item in your inventory called "System change" it unlocks the gallery in the main menu
I keep getting this error message when I download version RJ01013038-Ver1.05.2 . did I miss something ? (I has change my region format setting to japanese )

its looking for a png with that name. Probably something between the version and the translation didn't match.
If its only a single png its looking for you could try to fix it by copying a random png and re-naming it to what you need (works better with missing audio files though...).
Judging from the name, its looking for the original untranlated files.
Either try and find a matching raw and translation.
or
Get a untranslated version on the side and look for the files it asks for and copy those over.
If it continues asking for ALL the pictures in japanese... then you could try copying over the entire img folder from the raw, but say no when it asks you to overwrite existing files. That should double you up with a mix of translated and untranslated png's for the game to pick from.
You can do the same with the other folders if its missing an audio file for example.
To actually fix the problem itself you need to edit the game's files to look for the new names that was changed during translation, but I don't have the skill for that.
...So either find a working/matching translation, or do makeshift repairs.
Same here, the mods Map.json's probably have code telling it to look for the untranslated file names.
... you could try the same trick of doubling up.
