Is this actually Sandbox or is it one of those games that is sandbox tag but it really is free roam. Just so I know where to put this in my play order I like the concept of the game

I would say it's more Sandbox then free roam. As I understand it, Sandbox has time management and stats. That's definitely in the game and with regards to that point it's a Sandbox game.

I think you definitely have the choice if you won't too do only the lesbian interactions. If ther will be other story parts for the male story's I can't say for now. The experience too getting closer too a guy will definitely be in the Mainstory as I already have parts of that in. But when it gets too the spicy parts you should be able too not do them.
