Another question...

Sometime ago, I downloaded some scenes at Yuki Portal from an author called Aoicchi. It looks like common scenes: png dimensions are 320x180 and the file size also match that of the common scenes files. However, when I try to open them, my HS2 says thet they don't contain any HS2 related data.

My question: Is my computer laughing at me? Did I miss some relevant mod or plugin? Or, in fact, these are fake files (but what is the point then)? I include one example for you to see.

Hey guys, I've posted this on the Illusion discord askign for assistance with no joy so far, so I figured I'd try my luck here. I'm looking to get a loop or even an MMD (.VMD) made. I've got two examples here I'm trying to get made and my god can both of these women move....Like HOLY SHIT that would be hot to use with HS2. Anyway If someone has the ability to make the motions by all means please reach ouut, doesnt have to be exact or perfect and can be very generic without a background or anything extra. Take a look and let me know what you guys think, I've attached the link to the .rar on MEGA.

Did you try my preset trick?
I tried to share the one I use to use, but F95 doesn't allow me to upload it (??), so you may try to get one by yourself, sorry

Just find a scene with plenty of light (e.g. a beach), save its lights as a preset in Graphics Mod preset tab and then, use it with any other scene you want. Have in mind that, sometimes, you have to click out and then click in again the button for the preset to work.

Also, in the first tab, 'Trilight' use to be more brilliant than 'Skybox', at least in my settings.

Note: I finally camouflaged the file adding it '.txt' extension... For it to work, remove that and save the file in the 'presets' folder of your game. And don't forget to cross your fingers!

Yeah but not with many presets. It was only a small handful but it was very frustrating. It was as if the lighting just flat out didn't work at all. I could add light, change the intensity pretty much anything but it was always dark. Only thing that worked was either opening it in DHH or using that vertex option.

Does anyone else have issues opening SADAOBDDRGN 's scenes? They have never worked for me - It doesn't load anything and just get stuck on the black empty screen. I tried to import from scene to see if that works. Then I get folders imported, with a lot of mod errors and still just a black background with no items/characters, or anything else.

I assume I'm missing some mod, or plugin, but I can't figure out what he uses.

Most of his scenes requires the VNGE addon/mod to work. He's switched to using Timeline for animation for his recent scenes, but I think you still need VNGE for the sounds.

Unfortunately with Studio scenes, the only organization you can do is within windows. So you go to USERDATA - Studio - Scenes and just create whatever folders you want. As long as they're in the scene folder they'll show up in studio and even in folder you put them in.
BUT studio basically ignores any names you give the scene and will show them in whatever name it was given when created.
I've been looking for a good way to organize scenes for a while with no luck.
Best I could do is organize it in windows and just search for stuff in explorer, then drag the scene I want into studio.

About the map, I extracted it for you, but it is quite easy to do: just delete everything else in the scene and save the rest (the map) as a normal scene. Have in mind that this is an 'author map' (to call it something), so you won't find it in the HS2 menus, nor could manage it through them. Instead, you have to load it as a scene and work then on it. But BEWARE!, if you load it over a scene you're working on, it will substitute (and so, delete) your scene. To avoid it, you must IMPORT it over your scene.

I used to have this mod but it got deleted during a sideloader update (forgot to put in the my mods folder) and was unsubbed from GMCC. Was a nice to have but not a must have for me to resub to redownload. You could I guess Try

Yes, I agree, we seem a little lazy lately...

In addition, this is supposedly a forum to share scenes and so it started, but lately I see much more asking than sharing (which, by the way, lead us to overlap with our brother forum conceived for that).

I would like to encourage people to effectively share his scenes here. Obviously, not everybody could be a Daggoth, Kaseijin or any of the great creators we see here from time to time, but to share here has the value of your work to be commented and to get some useful advices also so, don't be shy! Nobody here will be shocked by your perverted imagination and also nobody expects you to be a genius at your first attempt...
