I don't know about that either, maybe it's not his fault. Try playing the full version game... if you have a crash in the same point, maybe it's my fault. So let me know if it works to know if it's a bug or not, and then I'll fix it asap.

Not a fan of it? Fair enough, but that's how I've chosen to structure the game, being part of the experience I'm aiming for. If you miss a line, you can always restart that specific chapter and go through that scene more carefully and slower. Thanks for playing tho.

It's obvious there's a lot of work that went into this game, so I don't want to have this sound overly critical, but I'm really having a hard time getting through the dialog. I don't mind using Japanese words for flavor, but it does hurt my head when they are just randomly substituted for English words.

It really sounds hen (weird) when sore (that) happens in an Eigo (English) dialog. Nani (what) are you thinking?

Japanese has a very different grammar. It only really works when you use the Japanese for titles, roles, and certain things that are already borrowed. Imouto (little sister) handed me her sake (alcohol), then called me baka (stupid). I wouldn't mind having ramen with her. That there is way more natural than the dialog I'm reading. It's really making it hard to get into the story.

I'm by no means fluent, but I did manage to be understood well enough when I was there. I love Japan too, but maybe tone it down in the dialog and use it where it makes sense.

I've only just started, but some of the initial plot points are good. I'm sure if I slog through the dialog I might enjoy the story.

I followed your recommendation as soon as I was convinced the compressed wouldn't work, and was quickly feeling like a fool for having looked for a compressed version when you do such a good job of having an economical distribution to begin with. I already played through another good update. Thanks.

I'm glad you're enjoying the story and the characters, I put a lot of thought into them so it's always rewarding to see players connect with them. About Saigo, I try to balance his strength with subtlety, avoiding the typical overpowered or invincible, badass protagonist trope. Remember to install the mods/plugins to have a better gameplay experience.

If you're looking forward to what's next, as I said before, keep an eye on my posts on Patreon. I share free weekly updates every Sunday with progress, sneak peeks, and future plans. Also, don't forget to vote, v0.22 is coming soon, likely by the end of this month or the first week of the next, and it will introduce a brand new gameplay mode called individual routes. These will bring even more character-focused storytelling and H-content. Starting with v0.23, polls will rotate the girls to avoid repeating the same route twice in a row.
