I may not get what you lean but the season two in currently under development : it is not yet finished. There is no reason it may be drastically shorter when done.
Currently the dev is working on episode 3 of season 2.

The time seems to be every six or so months, it'll be well into the year but I guess so, all this is assumed. Ask a patron I guess, there are some ardent fans on here that might know or be able to ask them, but I'd go with my estimate of six months after the last initial update.

From his Patreon posts, the dev begun working on S2E3 at the end of February. Have it released this year is then most likely.
So far, in the last few updates, he made an hour of content in five months... Let us see what he decided for this next update...
No reason it to be worse, time required speaking...
Btw : bad news for those who hate the despicable bald massage girl boyfriend, from the posts in Patreon and Discord, the dev is dealing with content about him and MC ^^!
I do not dislike this guy, he provides sexual content for MC after all
... He is not my fav though... Less smart and less "likeable" than coffee shop owner or landlord... ^^The dev seems to want to develop a submissive content for MC... Curious to see what may come...

MC will also have a new Gym outfit : short and another sports bra. In the latest set of pictures (latest post), the Gym owner seems to spend time with MC in her new outfit providing her hints about workout...

You think what you want... It's always been that way...
As long as you make it crystal clear it is YOUR opinion and hence it has to be taken with a grain of salt as ALL opinions about the dev's schedule that do not come from him, there is NO reason you to receive any more backlash from me...
When you say "It WILL take X months to get next update" without anything else, people, seeking news, and then reading you, WILL assume it is news from the dev : THAT is unacceptable...
As a dev myself, I would NEVER tolerate in my job anyone to speak on my behalf about the progression of MY tasks without my explicit seal of approval... That's why you got backlash from me so far : I can not stand it for me, I will not stand it for devs I support.

its not just about this game, every adult (or subscription based) game "almost always" start milking subscribers after 1 or 2 years when they got popularity and fan base. compare a game's current update cycle with the time they just did the initial v.0.1 release, where they do regular 2 - 3 months updates and include lots of content to cement the fan base and get enough subs.
almost all popular games here do the same. Because normally you sell a product and get the money. When you get the money before that.. well its very open to abuse. That's why there are lots of scammers in kickstarter too. just google "Marginal utility" , "diminishing Marginal utility"
