I'm new to this game, so I might be misunderstanding this. But after 6+ years of development, there is actual sex with only 3 characters? Sex with Daphne and Minerva and anal with Ginny?

Yep. Even better : you can't unlock everything in 1 playthrough > the girl you choose runs away mid-game. And then there's bugs that lock you out of routes ...... Even if the dev gets mad everytime I post this : get the code and unlock the gallery, don't bother "playing" the game. You'll save the hassle of reading for 10 hours and not get much lewds and you can have all the girls in 1 sitting instead of replaying 2-3 times

Well I see this thread is quite active, so I guess the game is active too. How much content is there as for now? Asking because I do not want to play a game with just 2 sex scenes (not implying that this specific game has just 2 scenes, it's an example).

I’d say sex is secondary, it’s quite grindy and progression takes a lot of times, however that wouldn’t be a problem, except that for a game that has been in development for as long as this has there should be more than a dozen sex scenes split across half a dozen characters which is all you get at the moment. Art is gorgeous and gameplay is fun enough though.
It's because the game is a grift. The game is a few of months shy of seven years in development so it's definitely not in an early stage. You could say that it's because sex ain't the main focus, but they've been revamping content for years and without moving the actual development of the game forward at a consistent rate. Play it for the sex scenes and you're going to be disappointed, play it for the writing and you're going to be disappointed, play it for the gameplay and you're going to be disappointed.
