People have made a lot of guesses, but I haven't seen the guess I think is correct. I'm fairly sure it's Maddison (since she doesn't join the harem even if you do fuck her and thus ruin the Ashley and Julie relationships) and Leticia Fannie (who Stella is cucking when she fucks Jade).
That said, there are a couple more female characters who have appeared and are not (nor will be) in Jade's harem: Sam's mom Emi, and the doctor that confirmed Julie's pregnancy, who is female but not named, so not an actual relevant character.

Honestly, after playing the latest chapter, it even surprises me that Julia quietly becomes one of my favorite LIs in the game. The girl doesn't have pretty face and sensual shape like the other more attractive LIs, has been living a not-so-good life, her beloved grandma is sick, and she's been constantly living in the shadow of our cheerleader queen Ashley, so in a word, she's been in need of love (even Sammy has his gf!), recognition, and an authority figure to look up to, and Jade just happens to check all of the boxes. So I was pleasantly surprised that she's the first one to be confirmed pregnant with Jade's child. My girl finally got a win she deserved.
Edit: it should be clarified that Julia is not the first confirmed pregnant female in the main story, the honor goes to Jennifer the doctor. So Julia should be called the first confirmed pregnant partner or LI in the main story since the former is just a sperm donation process.
