In retrospect of episode 5's clothing store event(Erynn Only Path).
Relationship dynamics consistency(or lack there of) got screwed without a reach around.
This update(EP10) pretty much put the last nail in the coffin.

I don't think there's anything to suggest either way for Brooke, but she's not especially shy so it would be a surprise. I'd say Cara, Layla and probably Elena are the only virgins at start of game.
