The apk "should" include everything you need.
When does that error show up?
When you try to install the apk, or when you try to start the app?

I do not have a Smartphone for testing, which is why I'm using an emulator.
I really just install the apk and it works as expected for me.

There is a "Character Editor" item that lets you change look/voice etc but not clothing. Maybe I am missing something? I use the shophack patch as well

retail ver can sign up to upgrate to special ver(tier $10 supporter account)

It doesn't appear as an APK it appears as a . 7z file and when I try to open it with my rar it keeps saying "there was a problem with opening this package"The apk "should" include everything you need.

Oh... 7z is a zip variant. A compressed archive. You need to extract it to get the apk.
That's done to reduce the filesize for the hoster.
You can use something like "ZeeArchiver" on mobile to extract it.
I completely forgot that 7zip is not something natively supported on Android.

What does your options menu say? Maybe you have it set to Japanese.
You should have different options for English, Japanese, and Chinese there.

You almost had it.
Just slightly scroll down in that options menu.
After the BGM and SE sliders comes another slider and then you will see the 3 language buttons.
English is the button in the middle.

There is an uncensored special version for people paying monthly. It's riddled with drm, but you can extract the assets from it and then redirect the normal version to use those assets.
Everything else is then "just" disabling the additional mosaic overlays.
