I don't know about lewd scene, but you have to wait for Johanna to be in the beach while exercising
The scene in the right is a bug or something... That is the Aniel and Demon Lord scene that is unlocked in the Hitomi tag. I don't know if there is a seperate scene or a way to go back to it, but that is the scene, since the background is the picture of MC cumming in the Demon Lord while aniel is behind demon lord. I also have the same bug, but noticed it after looking at previous pages
