ah sorry about. already deleted all my app data before i saw this. i just deleted the folder and it started working again. I will tell you though that when i started a new game before i deleted the app data, i would start the game, unable to start the spa storyline, but i had immediate access to Johana and the Gym and Nora and the photo studio which starting over now with fresh new data, I realize thats not how its suppose to work. Whatever it was, the appdata definitely conflicts with new save files. new game isnt truly a new game until you delete that data. I would presume the game thought I already had finished Rachel's story, since the walkthrough gave no hints compared to now. I also wonder if buying a spa ticket before clicking first spa day bugs the game out, havent tested it myself.

I don't know either, please add me on discord and send me your logs, you will find the log files in %appdata%/JugsBay/logs.
Please help me find the solution for this.
