no, never used sandboxie, can you tell me what is supposed to be the file name i should look for? i was searching something like karlssongambit or something like that, but i know sometimes this files have totaly random names, so that could be why i didn't find them

Olivia has had a few (optional) sexual dominant scenes with men here and there, e.g. when out joyriding in the cop car, but they rarely go very far (that I remember). I'll grant you that it's somewhat odd that the dev who, IIRC, is a dominant woman in her own private life, hasn't included more options for the female player character to get freaky with some of the submissive men around her.
I don't have the game to hand but I think she's even asked early on if she wants to be served by women as well as men, suggesting that the default option for her would be straight femdom scenes with optional lesbian dominance.
Mind you, I don't see a lot of Olivia's side of the story because I play Kane as dominant which (regrettably) skips most of her share, so maybe I'm forgetting things. If you only play Kane's dom track (as I do) you hardly see Olivia being sexually active at all.

When would she have had sex before coming into power? Callista protected Olivia most of her young life, then she was either with Kane, training with Ying Yue (I hope I got that name right), or literally just trying to survive since their world is a cesspool. Sex becomes pretty low on the needs list when you're scraping by. After she comes into power, she can pretty much get orgasms on demand and doesn't seem to have the need or desire for another man. Hell, it's only recently that she's started to accept that Kane and her can have that kind of intimacy and that's mostly on the dom route. I can't speak on the sub route very well because I've yet to play a sub route where her and Kane are on the same page alignment wise so she just sees him as a tool.

Yeah I pretty much never really treat development time as a thing. There's all kinds of different setups, different workflows. I'm sure Tess is doing the best she can with what she has since this she seems to enjoy it. Most of the VNs I like are the on the longer side of updates anyway.
Kane can't be the only S rank cock in the game, but Olivia can (and apparently wants) to do better than that.
