I think this is exactly the problem.
What's the point of the Gambit?
What's the point of Kain for that matter?
Why even have a game with choices if its all doomed anyway, faction B goes to space no matter what, the other games aren't on earth because its doomed, and nothing in the game has any baring for future titles?

A comparison is Sandstorm by Gleenx where one ending leads to the game Snowstorm and another ending leads to the game Duststorm

In this, nothing in KG ultimately matters. It could have been world building back narrative for some other game.("The Earth was doomed and controlled by a dominatrix cabal, so we fled to the stars.") It doesn't exist for itself. Its narrative isn't important. Astrid's is.

Seeing Delilah Locked out of all the Evil endings and I guess being secretly good is quite a trip.
Yeah, it would be fun to see that...but from what I've heard from Tess, Delilah can't change for the better..It's just that so far we only have 2 characters who are guaranteed not to die under any circumstances or endings are V and Astrid and I have no idea why Silver decided to put Delilah in there as well...(but maybe he knows something you and I don't know yet).

That Earth is doomed is just my speculation based on different things we've been shown.
An opinion I more or less agree with which is why endings to KG outside of "go to space" seem pointless
I mean, it's pretty hard (imo) to come up with sequels for those games where in the finale the MC becomes invulnerable or gets a huge power over the whole world. After all, all the peaks have already been conquered and goals achieved and no one is able to challenge you. So it's hard for me to imagine a sequel to KG taking place on this same Earth (even if we imagine that Veronica, Astrid, Callista, Cole and Co manage to perform a miracle and deal with the famine and revive the flora and fauna).
Right I wouldn't expect a sequel on Earth. An "I won" ending would be nice. Not "I'm doomed anyway". It would be nice if there were endings where QA never happens so that you can say that QA only happens in certain realities/scenarios. Makes both QA and the other endings of KG feel like they matter.
It's like in the same

.
Yeah but that was a half reboot because the sequel's sandbox was bad.

Did I read the faction sheet wrong? In the sheet I don't see in it a Part where Delilah is part of an evil faction. But yeah nothing about her being invincible.

It’s in her notes document that she released on Patreon (thought I saw it on here :KEK: ), plus I’m also working on QA :)

Everything Silvercrow says should be locked behind a spoiler wall since they be randomly dropping spoilers without even thinking about it :ROFLMAO:

Alright, minor quibble after reading the sheet, but why does she keep referring to him as a dekock? I get his father is a dekock but isn't he a Jacobs until he changes the name? Yea yea I know its her story but it still bugs me
