I mean I expected nothing less from them. Thought the coding was finished a long time ago? Wasn't the patch delayed by Nomo not being satisfied with his art?
They are doing something else now, or at least it seems to. The real patch with the story quest and all that is unfinished as you said, with Nomo wanting to redraw something. Currently the writer and the coder is trying to put something together that can be released at least while we wait for Nomo.

You know... I don't really know code... but couldn't the story technically continue and later images added?
From everything i've read so far from Hreinn, their development cycle goes something like this:

1. Discuss the content of the patch.
2. Nomo starts drawing, writer starts writing.
3. When those two are finished the coder compiles the content into a patch.
4. Test and release.

Now, i must say again that i don't know much about coding, so anyone with more knowledge can correct me on this one, but as soon as the plans are made and Nomo has some sketches or the writer has some rough scripts, a programmer can start coding already with placeholders and just quickly replace those with the actual content when the artists are done.
Even if the coding process legitimately takes a couple of months due to some kind of difficulty or a lack of available time, the task itself can be started long before everything else is done. And so far i've not seen a single indicator of that happening.

Is there anyone here who understands Stable Diffusion and ControlNet ? If we find the right prompts, with their help it is possible to realize some new art with Sabia)? Or AI doesn't know how to realize such things yet?)
(I just don't know much about it...)
You can find Lora on Sabia on the Civitai website. There you can also see examples of works by users of the site using this Lora. It still falls short of the original, but the result is good.

P.S. If anything, pardon my language - I write through the translator DeepL.

Wow, these actually look pretty good. The usual AI-hand problems are present, but i can't say that i mind a top-down Sabia BJ picture that i can actually see.

Damn, i wish Nomo to get better and start drawing full art again.

If they continue to "develop" the game in the same style and pace, soon there will be someone indifferent who will add new art to the game a little at a time. Of course, even with Stable Diffusion you need talent and imagination. From the developers we wait 8-10 months each for updates for the game.

All we have to do is wait for Lora on Neve.

I haven't mastered ControlNet yet, so what I got in Stable Diffusion without ControlNet is this:
Try a different model. there are a ton of hentai models on civitai.com with better outputs, especially if you go for SDXL ones. there are also LORAs to improve hands, positions and even expressions. ControlNet is not necessarily required to get good enough art for this game. it's rather a tool to get a precise picture based on what you want, while I personally tend to give SD a little bit of freedom to surprise me.

mimicking Nomo's artstyle is actually pretty easy with SD. you just need at least 10 (up to whatever amount you can get, maybe 100 is a better number) pictures and then train the ai to learn what it means to draw like him. Depending on how many pictures you use and some other technical details, in a few hours (or less) you can create a LORA for his style. people did the same with the artstyle of Warlock and boobs and now we have a pretty decent LORA for that game.

(look at their hands. they give away it's ai work and not real art from the artist, tho problems like this can be mitigated with a little refining)

The same can be done for Neve. Give SD enough pictures of her till the ai learns what you mean by "Neve", and then it can generate based on that. I know nothing about coding, but I can guarantee you guys that generating art to continue making content for this game is the simple part.

here's a few more refined ones from LORA's original creator, Enigmata:

man's a legendary character LORA creator. I highly recommend his work to anyone trying to create NSFW content with SD, especially if you want fantasy-themed pictures
