Really, because then just about every VN on this site would disagree with you. I hate to break it you but having plots porn movies would laugh at as AVN premises do not exactly scream 'realism'. Most tags on every VN alone would disqualify them as being realistic.

Sadly entire (stupid) countries like Australia/Canada/UK disagree with you. Ie loli AVNs. Cops don't like it they will not only play it anyway but hunt down and arrest the dev for it with that exact thought that it shouldn't exist.
I ended up just ctrl skipping it after prob 6000 or so dialog lines in and even the sex scenes are "meh, might as well skip those too if Emma or Mom isn't in them" which of course means all of them since they don't have any sex scenes, just a couple of nude ones/peeping. Another case where the incest tag is mostly bullshit clickbait.
An AVN based on a true story would definitely be something new, as "this AVN is ficticious and any similarities with real events are purely coincidental" is way past getting old as fuck, someone should make the opposite for a change and based entirely on a real person and real events, legal problems of that be damned (AVNs are niche things and not Lifetime TV movies, odds are no one important would notice anyway and just take crypto or other anonymous payment on Backed.by if need be). Want alot of sex in it just make it a biography and MC is a famous porn star like Randy West, Ron Jeremy, etc. and include the shit they are doing when not on set. For a darker theme just make the MC a serial rapist and/or total psychopath based on Ted Bundy, Ed Gein, John Gacy (if going for the gay tag) or similar. Or base it on the exploits of a long list of busted real child rapists/molestors if going for loli/shota tags. A sex offender/criminal records search alone will turn up more material than can possibly be used in even 2k AVNs. As they say sometimes real life is stranger/darker than fiction.
What i find funny is the beginning they are so important but he barely talks to them at this point this game lost the point a long time ago. The mc has more interaction with random one off characters than the family he was separated from and supposedly loves so much. I gave up on the family when the mc got hurt and the mom showed up for 5 sec and told to go home and that was it. the mc almost died and that was it showed up told to go home and then ignored. This game started fine but is so bloated and just goes from one thing to the next. And with the game jumping so much and going from random plot to the next the family has no skills to aid in whatever new drama happens so they are pointless. If they were removed it would hardly affect the game at all.
Yeah exactly. Like the pool scene Emma's having an inner monolgue soon after getting rescued and before that MC peeps on her while she's jilling off/squirting and then nothing as far as escalating the sexual tension or whatever, for update after update nothing with her until she simply mentions a dinner date with MC and their mom. I guess she wasn't in love with her bro as much as she thought or something and got over it. Or at least that what it comes off as. It's like an orchestra build up to silence. Hell, worse than that, like Tchaikovsky's 1812 overture, but with the cannons replaced with wet-fart sounds made with armpits. Oh and 2 conductors instead of one. Even with no sex at all fans of vanilla James-Bond-style spy or Mafia stories will probably be disappointed. As far as Mafia theme even The Guardian was a bit more consistent, especially after the 0.12 rework. But yeah this one has gone off the rails even more than Thristy For My Guest (aka TFM Daddy) that I cut my losses on after an LI inexplicably simply dumped the MC and left town not long after getting engaged to him (or something like that, been a few years).
Like many games before it, this game's #1 issue is simply adding too many LI's too quickly and giving undue focus to too many of them, whilst neglecting half of the original cast.
It's most commonly done by those with a guilty conscience, mostly due to it being a crime of passion therefore manslaughter, or those who are killing their abuser.
It's such bullshit you know.
