well, it's always been the case with Kisx, no clue what he does to make it even for all resolutions, except low bitrate

but for this vids, I just noticed that 4k and 5k are literally the same vid, I'll look if he'll fix it later

Look, I'm not an artist but I don't know how it's possible to encode in HEVC and still fuck up compression this badly. It looks like shit. Which is such a shame because it is otherwise very well animated.
