I guess you need decent mastery for one of the original traits (Energy is likely the easiest to remember) aside from that there is likely some other hidden trigger.

I know you need to research certain serum traits for 'upgrades' to your own serums. I was more wondering if one certain serum is being used to start off the quest-chain involving Ashley, her story AND the male-serums. Which Serum(-trait)? was holding up my game?
I found myself already playing with Tier 3 serums, while Ashley was doing nothing (I did skip some Tier 1 serum research) It was only after clearing some, shall we say, 'backlog traits' (like caffeine infusion and a few others). Then suddenly Ashley had daily upgrades happening, like she was catching up. And suddenly she was also coming into the CEO office for boob-stuff and walking me home (don't know if that is related?)
I think it might be smarter to have this Event Chain not trigger on something that could be overlooked in this way?

The aunt now suddenly got an IUD? Anybody got an idea how that happened? she got it after a pregnancy
If I remember correctly there is a lock out period where they would not get pregnant after giving birth. I don't remember how long it is though.

True but the game is not completely linear and has some things triggered by association IMHO is a good thing. Others for example the strip club closing/reopening have a specific set of events that I personally have never been able to trigger in any of my over 100 play's there are so many plots especially if anyone uses the sub/set mods also which give the team a lot of work

I found a way to trigger the strip club events.
Get to know Erica (by visiting the gym for example) and use the "get to know her" interaction in gym once (!). Don`t interact with her any further until the strip club event chain is completed.
You need to know the sex shop owner Cara (i don`t know wether you need to interact with her further or meeting her once is enough, i usually get her slutty fast and invest as soon and much as possible)
Your aunt and cousin need to live in their own appartment. You need to blackmail your cousin / having the blackmailing option unlocked.
Your cousin needs to be slutty enough (can`t tell you the exact amount, because i usually push her sluttiness quite fast to max).
Than the event will trigger that your aunt wants you to find out what your cousin is doing at night.
You will need to see your cousin stripping at the strip club (blackmail her, search her room, wander the streets and find the strip club by chance or during the Sarah event chain, their are multiple options). After you have seen her stripping at the strip club talk to her at her room the next day and use the new interaction "i have seen you stripping" (this talk is important, just seeing her stripping and not talking to her afterwards is not enough).
You need to hire Sarah. During her event chain when you catch her stealing the breast enhancing serum (you need to have it researched) tell her to take all of them (i read somewhere that if you tell her not to take any of the serum and keep her small breasts is also okay but i never tried that, cause i like them busty). Pursue the event chain until Sarah invites you to the strip club.
If you have done all that (it`s possible to do it quite simultaneously) you should get a call/text message from your cousin that the strip club is about to close. After it has been closed you`ll be able to buy it with the help of your cousin and Cara (the sex shop owner) a couple of days later for 50k (or was it 60k...i am not sure right now ^.^, but quite cheap).
I bought the strip club in my last 3 playthroughs. It`s worth it
Is there a mod for this that adds actual animations? This game has like 6 images and a million words. Its like im playing a text adventure.

Did you invest fully in the sex shop? I haven't done a deep dive into the conditions necessary to trigger the strip club, but the last time I did it, I got the sense that it followed pretty directly from maxing out the basic sex shop investment.

Yeah, I have played the game prob 100 times since the mod released and done all the variations people post not once has it triggered so it's one of the main reasons, I play it again for completionist
The sex shop seems to have a strong trigger with the cousin I have done all the sex shop upgrades in the past "are couples coming in different clothing upgrades until nothing left to do still never triggers Thanks for the interaction thoughThe full list of conditions for the event to trigger are written a few pages back (posts from 2-3 weeks ago, maybe). In my case, the event never triggered even though all conditions were met, so I decided to follow another route: usually, I discovered my cousin's new job by blackmailing her. Instead, I "wandered the streets" until I discovered the strip club and then I confronted her while she was working there.
So, I guess there's a bug with the "demand she tell you what she does at night" blackmail interaction: it unblocks the strip club but not the foreclosure event.

You might be onto something there. I think I always do the Wander option, just because it fits better with the narrative I'm roleplaying, and I never seem to have any issue unlocking the foreclosure (the few times I've gotten that far).
