Really interested in your question. I tried a crop and spline scale filters in ffmpeg. Quite good result if video has high bitrate/resolution. What video do you want to stretch? I can research more and do more tests to reach highest quality stretch.

its fill but only add blur image on the video, i want to prefectly fill the black bars with video itself. like tools on photo when you capture 16:9, you can generate it to ultrawide using ai tools, but only limited only photo you can generate.Ahhh, you are talking about this kind of filling !!!?

AI on image is max 2s, but on video is about hours.
I would say not possible until 2026, and require 6090 this kind of hw.
And AI extension is not stable, you would expect a dick becomes a mushroom sometimes.

I've used DeepCreamPy. It has somewhat decent success on mosaics but has utterly failed for bars.
Thats cause the AI datasets hasn't been trained on enough vaginas behind bars. You gotta go find the one you wanna use and create a collection of black barred pussies for them to "learn" from
