Appears to be a bug, had similar issues with facesitting but seems to fix itself sometimes after some dialogue

Gotta get Irelia's boots for cleaning (lose to her). Then you have to buy the poison vial. Then you have to get water in the well at the bottom left of the town map. Then go behind your tent and start cleaning the boots. An option to poison the boots will appear. The next day, you must battle Irelia and defeat her. Katarina will appear and humiliate Irelia.
Tried it multiple times eventually worked but wasn't consistent idk

Anybody knows why this error occurs? It happens when I try to open the game. I am playing this game on Joiplay.
