You need a clean copy of the game, the unmodded version (from the opening post) still has przemo's translation patch installed. Don't mix przemo and tfpatchguy, or things from different versions of the game.

If your sticking with 2.5.2 get the completely untouched game, links and the order here. Put tfpatchguy's zip in the game folder with the games exe and use extract here, say yes to overwriting.

I'm using a completely untouched game from one of the megas. It's all in Japanese with not even a decensor on it. None of the patches are taking hold.

EDIT: Just realized neither mega has a decensor patch. There goes that idea.

Make sure it's the same version of game and patch, and that you do have to ok the overwriting. 2.5.2 and 3.0.22 have slightly different file structure. If you instead try 3.0.22 there's the (maybe) easier...

I didn't see any of that in my 2.5.2 game and was using 2.5.2 patches. Will try the 3.0.22

I tried that and it seems like everything went well. Installed fix and quit game. Installed mod pack and quit game. Installed clothes mod and quit game. Everything is translated and I can see all mods but clothing, but I know I have to wait on that.

All I know is they said it won't be out as quick as their was, and they posted a preview screenshot on 4Chan of the main screen. The chat, prepare etc buttons were done not the time or dialogue window ones.

If you mean during sex you pick the action with the button, but actually do it by clicking on Sylvie. Otherwise not sure what it could be, unless it's one of the possible issues from extraction.
