Do I need to install anything else in order for me to play this game? I install the game but it's not opening. If anyone know how to make it work please let me know.

The prepatched games in the opening post are ready to play after they're extracted, if your not using 7Zip look above.
I installed 7Zip just now, I'm new to doing these sorts of things so if you could tell me in-depth on how to make the game work properly, I would be really grateful.

Extract the game with 7Zip and it should be ready to play. If you got the modded version though there is the small bug fix linked just below it in the opening post, that needs to be installed...

Put it in the game folder with the exe. Delete the 538794_ part of the file name, that's from it being attached to a comment.

Look back here. Version 3.0.0 is coming at some point, but it'll probably be mostly a Tyrano Engine update. Although Ray has tweeted some new UI videos.

anyone can tell me what the difference between Przemo's and tfpatchguy's patch?

The patch from tfpatchguy gets more regular tweaking done, and is currently more decensored. If you want to use it you can't install it over the prepatched games here you need a fresh game, there's one in przemo's MEGA folder.

so basically i just need to download the unmolested ver and then download the tfpatchguy mod file if i want to play the tfpatchguy ver right?

No you need the completely unpatched game from przemo's MEGA folder (Teaching_Feeling_252.zip). The unmodded game in the opening post is patched, but with the patch that doesn't have the mods.
