Going into town used to work fine, but literally right after unlocking the forrest it broke the town, and idk about going to bed, but I only did it once before that broke as well

What exactly are you playing. I thought you were using just the apk, but as Miyakuni said mixing patches and mods from different versions (and different patch makers) can really screw the game up.
I just downloaded the 3.0 apk from above, I never downloaded or added anything else

Ah like I said earlier it shouldn't be from the actual patch, but I can't try the apk out.
Maybe try the other 3.0.22 apk to see what happens, or the old 2.5.2 one. To get any proper help with the port you might need to go to that discord from its opening menu, Himiko-S doesn't seem to be here that often.
any idea why the uploadhaven download just crashes and dumps some text into my discord? Kinda odd and a little worrying lol just dumps "chrome extention" in-text into w.e window is open
I think the problem was my phone is android 11, I swapped to an emulator with android 10 and it works fine now.

The problem is not that it is with Android 11, and I do the tests on Android 11 and Android 12 and the game works normally, the only detail is that on Android 11 you have to install the webview that contains the apk. Since I modified a line in the Tyrano version of the game so that it will start on some devices that had a black screen error, this causes some bugs in the game if the version of webview that the apk contains is not used. It should be noted that this only happens on devices that had a black screen, in those that never had this error, those bugs that you mention do not happen to them.

Sylvie recovering depends on what you did before she gets sick. Lots of headpats, a new dress and pancakes. No molesting and when they come up pick the cleaner options, if your playing 3.0.X you have both headpat and talk.

If your playing 2.5.2 you could use this one, just headpat for a few days and any choices you get just go for those...

Hey there! Is there any cheat to increase intimacy or do I really have to go very manual to get Sylvie to 2k intimacy to enable the newly added 3.0.22 Yandere mod?

Could I please ask for explanation whether the game actually works still on desktop (windows) and what files to download? I'd like to try the game in it's most "polished" form with patches, the best english translation so far and perhaps with the other mods, but would not want to sacrifie stability.
Tried to download the two files from initial page without installing any mods, but neither version works. One crashes to desktop, the other throws an error while un-zipping. Please help!
P.s. Tried the MEGA ftp service links as they were always most reliable so far.

They both work, I tested them several times. The archives file names are long though it can sometimes mess up extraction.
But you want to get a clean copy of the game and tfpatchguy's patch and any extras you want. Either 2.5.2, or 3.0.22 the very latest version of the game. Click the link to instructions for whichever you want.
The 3.0.22 one is only a WIP temporary patch, but it's very playable. 2.5.2 has had a lot of updates to polish it up. Both of them have extras bits the other haven't (for now anyway), saves can't be swapped between them.
I can see what you mean about the file naming thing and... oh my. The files in this game are so ridiculously badly packed by default. The folder structures are clearly made by a senseless script that doesn't care about composition at all.
I'm still struggling with installing the thing. Read-me's are all in asian fonts and I sadly have no idea how to "patch" the game.
Tried to Extract main "clean" 3.0.22 game > Rename and shorten the access paths > Extract the patch folder and copy/merge with the game files, but even there it throws me some too long path errors. I'll try something else.
