Here. The translation patch and mod pack are still getting regular updates, so they're not installed but there's instructions and the game does most of it now. There's usually very little new actual content from the developer.
Without the 32Bit executable installed 3.0.X (and the beta) is pretty sensitive to the file address, don't have it too deep in folders or have any unusual characters in there. 3.0.22 with everything done but the translation and mods is here.
Probably means the other type of memory, if your dragging the game out maybe try the extract here option. The 7z archive in the opening post has a very long file name, that can cause (other) problems and can need shortening.
