The café and restaurant are only open in the afternoon. You also need to earn her trust so she’ll want to go out with you and enjoy it.

It looks like the interworldwar period, likely in Europe, possibly France or Italy.

A little before version 3.0 came out she got a voice mod added in 2.5.2. it was carried over to v3.0 but not v4.0 i dont think.

I personally headcanon it as an AU where the confederacy won the civil war, and things being rustic and kinda grimy, full of skeevy salespeople and effective nobility, is just the CSA being the CSA: regressionist fucks addicted to keeping others in bondage.

I'm a bit biased though, I love AUs like that.

The how-to isn't particularly useful anyway. It mostly just tells the player that he can click on Sylvie in touch mode to poke her little booba or give her a kiss, that you can go outside to shop, and that Sylvie can have sex with you and how to do that.

If you can even download the game you probably have enough IQ to figure out most of that on your own.

the old version is mostly translated and has mods (such as decensoring, redesigning the gatekeeper event when sylvie falls sick and allowing you to fuck the other women in game through inofficial content). the new version has new official features, content bzut translation is far more incomplete.

so ig download the 3.0.22 version instead 4.06 for better gameplay? also is there anything new like new cut scene in 4.06 or it the same as the 3.0 also does the version 3.0 have sex scene with the clothe shop keeper and the girl in coffee shop?
