I havent checked this game for a while and just realized that a 4.0.6 does exists, what does it add btw?
Is there a changelog for the game that gets updated with each new untranslated version you can link to so people can follow each thing being added? I can't seem to fucking find it with a normal web search.

the health is mostly irrelevant, you do your job offscreen (unless there's an option to turn that off i haven't found) so the money thing isn't too too terrible even if you don't speedrun the nurse outfit to have sylvie help (it's basically overtime??? it gives extra cash), the bath stuff has a button built in, health mostly doesn't matter if you don't go out during rain.
the big thing is more you have to do groceries once every oh-so-many-days (slightly tedious but eh), the clothes shop is only limited by stats and money and you have no carry cap, and it's missing out on some extra scenes that the modded* 3.0.22 version has, and obviously it's vietnamese so i can't read shit unfortunately.
i dunno, i kinda want a version of it in 3.0.22 or even 4.0.0 but it's only gonna get more difficult to re-implement and balance.
In the meantime, waiting for 4.0 to be finalized and for mods to provide a version for it XP (bless the modders)

It's a game about taking care of a physically abused girl. You don't even have to lewd her even if she wants it however the game is a bit bare bones if you don't. I sincerely wish it had more wholesome content. and more stuff to do.

Ah yes, the "insert logical fallacy" argument. You are on a pirate porn website, the discussions and reviews will be from said point of view. Check the rare culinary or artwork site for this game and suddenly they talk about the inaccuracies and wishes for more context relevant to those pages. Preaching morality about a game, especially the porn aspect of it, seems as counterproductive and intuitive as preaching the same on the tens of thousands of taboo videos on other sites, or the violence in video games, or instead of bashing random people on a game thread, actually doing something about real crime happening in the real world.
But as Zwagon said, bait is bait.

Super short version for people coming from the opening post in 2025. Since the pre-patched 4.0.6 was made back in 2023 LegionMP translated the buttons, that patch is here. The patch from tfpatchguy has had updates, find it (and any future updates or maybe packs)
To use both install Legions, then patchguys (hopefully) using...
Assume saves and mods etc made with and from old versions do not work, the new game skip to make the saves less of a issue is translated. I would personally still pick
Sylvie health (and spoiler) warning that 3.0 and up requires talking as well as head patting to avoid sadness.

Put the 4.0.6 patch (TF_fix.tpatch) in with the exe you start the game with, or manually do it as shown in the 3.0.22 post.
Edit - 4.0.6 is now in the opening post, and in case anyone has come here from the link there the patch is still a very early version. None of the performance and quality of life tweaks that built up with the previous ones. No full decensor, not all of the dialogue is translated or...
No mods have been converted over and no cut for time things added back in. Like most updates old saves can't be used, but 4.0 does have the new quick start feature. When starting a new game you can skip the intro, and if you want unlock things like clothes the memories...
For things it won't do some of the old cheats are in the 4.0.6 patch. Check that MEGA above for updates, but tfpatchguy said they didn't have much free time and it hasn't had one for a while.
