I don't think ego is necessarily a bad thing either, just depends on where you channel that energy. It's good to have high confidence in what you're making and your abilities. If you look at something like professional CS or FGC players, pretty much all the top players have massive egos because they kind of have to. If you don't believe you're the best or can trade blows with the best, you're losing the mental game.
And there's a huge difference between ego and hubris.

Yeah the ego is for sure an interesting source in some contexts, but I could turn the game into shit if I persuade myself that I know better than the feedbacks given. I need to adjust it to the right dose.
It will help me keep my head straight to differenciate the constructive feedbacks than the one coming from a guy telling me that the sex is shit because it does not show penetration most of the time, while the guy has been playing games made by DAZ Studio his whole life and doesn't know about the Koikatsu's unrealistic genitals, or from people rating the game 2/5 and telling me the game is boring and uninspired because they fapped once in a Game of Thrones scene and think they could be that emotionnaly involved again in a porn game story, but then don't give a shit when I ask about precisions in private message because they've just reached the limit of their ability to think and all they can do is to leave the mention "Last seen : Yesterday at 1:00 PM".

Honestly, I think you're doing alright. Showing your weakness is a strength in my opinion, and showing how people have treated you through dms give people a better assessment what cesspool this site can be. People, mostly braindamaged retards can only see things from a surface level standpoint but with posts like these people at least can assess and understand from what position you're coming from. Only good devs talk about things like you do. The rest argue why they're gods gift to earth to a bunch of coomers instead of making their game good

I personally never understood why devs do that and for the most part since I think most devs should shut the fuck up and just make a good game. I feel its actually not that hard to make a good game, most ren.py plugins are readily avilable and tutorials with HS2 and KK are plenty too. All it takes how far your tastes align and how to make animations look sexy. I go so far and say even a high scoring game doesn't need animations, all it takes is a fun idea to make material actually fapable and your game already goes beyond that point of quality

This explains so much. I checked out after getting to the actual sandbox on account of the poor writing, lazy world building, sub-par dialogue and unlikeable characters. If you didn't actually enjoy reading the games you played, it's no wonder you're not terribly good at writing them either.
Also having the game blast that horrid laugh at you on startup is a literal sin. Like, you're going to one of the levels of Programmer's Hell for that offense. One of the really mid levels, where imps continuously bludgeon you to annoyance with wiffleball bats and pool noodles while you're forced to calculate pi out to 10^googol decimal places.

Yeah, skipping the dialogues in the VN of the last couple of years is for sure the problem of the writting in my game, and not because they're not much better in the writting themselves so I'm not bothering with it anymore.

You should put your profile in private when you take out your real-life frustration on small indie games, otherwise people could confuse a constructive feedback with your personification of the culinary critic in the animated film Ratatouille that you embody wonderfully.
We're not Agatha Christie's children. If you need a good story to fap, there's the category "Steamy movies" on Netflix, I advise you to watch 50 shades of Grey if you haven't already.

Dont listen to this guy he thinks he is a critic and acts like a edgy teenager whit stick stuck up on his butt i really love your game i really like the arcade feel that has i really love how you can replay all scenes and the arcade feel that have , i really like how the story dosent took that serius herself and we have a evil mastermind MC that wants some revenge and is clear he isnt a good guy for that the maniacal laugh in the main menu feels well whit the tone whit the game but tone down it a little sometimes it almost make me deaf XD . because right now im poor as fuck i bought a new car lately and i have to pay it but when i have some money i will be a patron you really show that you are really put some wokr on the game that animations are chef kisses and the shor 2 week updates i played a lot of koikatsu games but yours cant compare whit the rest

Good update, noticed some comparable differences between 0.5 and 0.6 and all the new scenes are good. While adding 1-2 sex scene per "side character" per update is also a good choice and very sensible. Great new Laura scene too, love ya dev for that, but all the characters are hot. I honestly feel setting up story segment after story segment, while also having some Brazzers like dialogue during sex scenes is fine and a good compromise to get the plot along. I feel the developer is going for a tiered approach
Like use Elise+Mathilde as an example. First we fuck them at school, now then at their house, maybe later on then at their beds and then in our beds, with more options later on. That sort of thing Seems sensible to me and if progress keeps going the way it is we will also know more about the girl once we fuck her more so theres good balance in terms of the lack of dialogue and the progression. So right now they're shy and intimidated about our cock but soon they're worshipping it, just like the title screen implies. Well played dev. Can't wait for the x-some scenes later the year or next year. Wish ya much success.

At most there will be 4-8 words added in total for every sex scene. Writing hot scenes is an artform, but once it clicks it really does impact the entire game. And poor fucking Hemingway is used as a writing example in fucking porngame forums will never stop being funny, he probably didn't ask for this to happen.
