Yea exactly. I didn't know how to get fullscreen so I clicked somewhere around where the X symbol would be and the game closed but now it does not open anymore.

It is not, I don't generally like translating images and those require quite a bit of editing to be properly translated. I recommend you use Google Translate App on your phone or wait for someone more motivated than I to do it.

Regarding the crash issue. Delete Game.ini and it should fix itself. It was caused by an issue with the patch that is now fixed.
