Thats great work bro, i been trying to create and use lora but i havent get result like urs. How can you get result like that what modal u use and how can you create lora ? I created 3 lora for 3 different sd modal but no luck :)

Here's the thing, SD loras will not work because they are never accurate when it comes to face... if you want to train her lora... go to fal.ai and train her as Flux lora. It will be accurate. But with Flux- nsfw is impossible... therefore this is what I do - I create everything on Replicate. I use Flux model for initial image and tgen sdxl model for the nsfw through img2img. I use Tifa Lockhart as base model for Lisa (change her figure and hair through prompts) and then I use IPAdapter to do a face and expression swap.

It's a lengthy process with lots of failures but I don't have a choice as I have a potato PC.

Thank you for your detailed answer, I can try it too. But palegrass shared some images for you to create lora, I saw that the link is dead, is there a chance you can share it or should I ask pg?

it wont help as it only has a few images in it... to create an accurate lora you need between 80 to 120 images of her.... just take it from the game pictures... make sure there are no other characters in the frame....

I am experimenting with a bunch of details in the environment and trying to make LISA as realistic as possible.... lots of failures but I'll get there one day... :):)

Great work on all of these...the first one in the blue outfit is my favorite.
