You can structure it so your protagonist has the highest likelihood of being the father of the child, or you can make it so someone else like Saul is the father. You can also choose to make some one sided deals that turn you into an exclusive cuck, or you can lean more towards sharing where you can fuck other women and get them pregnant too. So far I think you can only get 2 of them pregnant.
