Yeah, I've gone through the game 3 times, but never once encountered this event. Okay, I'll attach a screenshot of the original event.

I don't know if I can help you much, from what I saw in the image this event requires a certain level of affection with the characters. I remember that when I played I had them visit my house in random events.
If it's in the hot springs, I believe the events follow the story and the characters will interact with you as you work in the hot springs.
Looking at the prints below, it appears to be the text used in this event, I found it in the DLC folder, and that's all there is.

I'm sorry, but I need to double check, because I'm dumb and it's all a bit confusing to me: if I download the current kagura/steam version, I'll play the full game with all the scenes, no cut content, no censor, right?
It says "DLC" and "pre-patched", so I assume is the fullest version currently available.
Can someone confirm?

Yes , Steam version here is pre patched , so it is full game.

Has anyone who is modding the game figured out which other event(s) are calling the 射精コマンド event? I tried going through all the events in Wolf RPG event editor but couldn't ever find anything related to it.

While we're talking about very small amounts, when there are a lot of images they add up and make it a little slower for the game to load the images.
I imagine you're asking this question because you're playing on Winlator, and from what I've read, getting fluidity on this emulator is very difficult, so in this case, I wouldn't recommend installing the color mod.
On the other hand, if you're playing on a normal computer, it should work fine without any problems.
The truth is I don't know Winlator at all, but if you still want to try it and the emulator allows it, you can simply create a copy of the game and modify it. If you see that it doesn't work well, just go back to the original copy and continue playing as usual.

I don't think I would figure that out on my own without playing the entire game on each version and comparing them. Probably I could find most of the answers to my questions on this forum, but it's scattered across over 700 pages.
Ever since I tried to do something myself with untranslated game, decrypted, spent weeks to manually translate all images in gimp and encrypted them again for it only to be translated like a day later with much better result, I learned that it's sometimes better to ask someone knowledgeable before reinventing the wheel. Maybe your post will be useful for others with the same problem.

The story is linear so no need to be pressured. Just make sure to focus progressing some other stuf before tackling the main story like th adventure thing. Only tackle adventure stuff in guild quest. And before getting schedule to duel some other guilds. Make sure to listen to you sister Saturday and sunday. She will gives you a clue of what event will triggere too
Technically there are 2 main story routes that combines into 1 in the end , then DLC starts
There is single true end
There are multiple bad/questionable ones. You get those when do things in wrong way , abuse sister ,ignore story , etc
Lose some story battles > route A ( semi restaurant)
Win every story battle > route B (actual guild)
Complete grand adventure twice to meet

I think this should be added to the main post, even though it's a bit mediocre, it is an official DLC/addon
