Been using both cheat mod and big booba mod. Became a deep one, got sea witch's gift, but awakening turns me into deep one with regular skin colour, and using it again makes me human. Any idea why I'm not blue when transformed?

Help plz, I get this error when I try to talk to NPCs in the tavern after leaving the sewers, I followed the MTL installation instructions in the first post. Already tried:
-Check the thread to see if anyone had the same problem.
-Start the game set to English instead of MTL.
-Find the path of the file that appears in the error (there is a commonNPC.txt but there is nothing with "\optB" in the name).

Could be an issue with the skin palettes in booba?

If you got the OTP from the links on the OP, that's for an older game version and is heavily outdated.

Try the one on this linked post or skip the OTP entirely.

Looks like the problem was the OTP, tried the one in your linked post and the error persists (clean install), I haven't tried it yet with the MTL patch because when I tried to use it again it couldn't connect to the Google API, but for now the problem is solved, thanx mate.

I had a feeling that the linked one was also outdated, hence why I also said "or skip the OTP entirely".

As for the MTL tool not connecting to the GAPI, if the tool is up-to-date, the API was probably just overused for the moment.

Compatibility:
  • Minimum required game version: 0.9.4.0.4

Before installing the mod:
Ensure that the old cheat mod and the dependency are not installed as they are not compatible with this mod and will result in crashes.

Now make sure you can answer yes to the following question:
  1. Have you set the game path in NyxLauncher?
  2. Have you launched the game to the title screen at least once?
After installing the mod:
  1. Did your archive extractor of choice add a folder with the archive filename? <------- For this one, if you answered yes, the mod will NOT work regardless of if it shows up in nyxlauncher.
Quick tutorial video on installing (super basic)

Notice:
Cheat Menu Framework does not nor has it ever provided the console. That feature is built into the game (See Data/Scripts/Frames/RVscript/520_YanflyF10.rb within the game files)

Important Information:
Any archive I share must be extracted how I say (if applicable), not into a folder with the archive name. The file/folder structure within is exactly how it needs to be for where it is to be extracted.

Known Issues:
  • Hive Hearts summoned on maps without H_BIOS storypoints crash the game. Only summon them if you wish to farm them on their actual maps. (If anyone knows how to recreate these storypoints in code if they don't exist in the current area, feel free to make and share a patch to the Summon feature)
  • Having all 3 Infinite Stats cheats enabled causes lag to a noticeable degree. (Configurable variant ONLY)
  • Some things don't change when changing languages. This is a problem with even the game itself, so restart after switching languages.
  • NoFriendlyFire mod causes Undefined method "+" on nilClass crash if Companion's projectiles hit player code is uncommented.
  • [Will NOT be changed] There is no default language fallback implemented in the mod, so if you use the MTL in the game itself, you MUST create the MTL folder in the mod too. This is by design as the mod relies on the language as set by the game. The MTL tool can be tricked into translating the mod, but the language the tool uses as a source is Google Translated from English and will be inaccurate. The only languages included in the mod that are confirmed accurate are English (being my native language) and Russian (see Credits spoiler)

Which version do you mean?

The minimum version listed per mod version is what I last coded against and tested the mod with. I've heard it works fine with the latest version of the game as is.

For the version linked on the OP [game version B.0.9.3.0], you need to use mod version v1.0-rc9.1

Yeah, in general it basically means starting a New Game+ by having Lona reincarnate into one of the childs she birthed after dying or boarding the ship. You can read here how

Hey folks!

Happy holidays/xmas!

I know something like this must have been posted, but I can't seem to find it.

I get this error upon trying to speak to the gynecologist and choosing "barter".

I have a fresh install and the right version of the cheat menu for this version, any ideas?

I have version B.0.9.3 and CM v1.0-rc.9.1, with UMM it shows enabled but using F9 or any other F key does nothing (excluding F10 to open console) any thoughts

I also had this error before when I played on a save where I activated the booba mod through Elise but I didn't have the R version of the booba mod installed. Perhaps you had the R version of the booba mod installed on the save you're using but you don't have the booba mod installed on the game, hence this error. If this is the case then, you either have to install the R version of the booba mod that is compatible with your game's version or do a rebirth to desactivate the booba mod that you bought from Elise (I think there was another better solution but I don't remember what it was, you may have to ask the modder of the booba mod himself).

"Modular Cheats Mod" is an old name of Cheat Menu Framework.

"demo_importnewshit" is an example mod from the game dev that is no longer included in the release archives, but is in the mod samples archive instead (and is only useful for modders learning to mod the game)

As for the instructions in the mega tutorial, it's still the same process, but you only need to extract the AIO file to the _Mods folder. If extracting gives you any folder other than "Cheats Mod" in the _Mods folder, you've extracted it wrong.
