There's a mod to stop difficulty raising over time? I know there is a fairly general mod that works for almost everything but I haven't seen that it has the capability to lower or stop the world level.
It's a bit RNG intensive and grindy, but there is an overworld event with a preacher that can reduce difficulty by up to 10 depending on the amount you donate. I was able to maintain near zero danger on a long running save, though that was a couple years ago now.

I'm not sure big belly is working, unless I did something wrong. I looked at the pic in the big belly portrait folder and I don't get that in the game, but it could be because I use pale Lona, am a Moot and have a lot of seedbed stacks...

Can anyone tell me the easiest way to get Orgasm Addiction? No matter how much Lona cums, the bonus never comes.
It's a 50/50 chance so you gotta keep trying lol. I gotta say that even though rebirthing into a Deepone race requires Lona to birth only 1 Deepone baby (human form), the process was some of the most painful experience I've had in this game during my noob days by far (ironically birthing the 4 abomination babies was the easiest process since it has 80% chance and each baby has high HP pool that makes it easy to tell in advance what the nature of the baby is).
Though going from someone else's advice (which I didn't test yet since I don't really play Deepone Lona that much), an easier way to birth a Deepone baby (human form) is to wait for the ovulation day (high pregnancy chance), go inside the Arena at night, have Lona's vagina get completely filled by the fishkind mob sitting right at the side of the bar, save (save 1), progress to the next day when Elise's clinic is opened, save on another file (save 2), ask Elise to do an abortion, Elise will tell the nature of the aborted baby (I'm not sure what he says exactly), if he says it's a Deepone baby then load back save 2 and do the birthing process, otherwise load back save 1 and repeat the steps from there until you get the wanted baby.
From my experience, the first time I got 1 stack of Orgasm Addiction was when Lona was prostituting herself and reached orgasm multiple times without ever passing to the next half day. I haven't really counted how many times but I can say that it was a lot of times, probably around 50 times or so. Since I'm playing Abomination Lona, I could always recover the lost HP/STA from prostitution by having Lona consume corpse, there wasn't much need for me to progress to the next half day. Also if your Lona's Weak stat is high enough, she can infinitely beg for food from the soldier at the tavern of Costal Fortress (going out and in of the tavern refresh the beg and prostitution option).
There was a mod for that, but it caused more crashing than it was worth because it went too fast for the game scripts to handle.

I do but it sounds like you're complaining about the ramifications of your playstyle.
The latest update for Roleplay-S is out and it contains lots of interesting mechanics. What I'm most interested in is the companion mechanics where you can grow companion's stats(?), not sure but I'll have to see it for myself. I've always wanted to take this girl with me but she's so freaking squishy, here's hoping I can train her to be better.
the difficulty level is set to HELL, it doesn't work, maybe it's given with a 2 percent chance or I'm doing something wrong that I don't know
