What do you define as "full sized"? That image is basically what there is as I rendered it at the same resolution you see in the game.
I'm not sure how closely this matches with the final version, but here is one of my early renders for that background that I made, before I adjusted its position and animated it:

It's good....I cropped the image from the main menu to remove tittle but I couldn't get the full image some parts was cut off ..

and extract it.2. Copy/move/extract your game folder into Ren'Py SDK folder.
3. Open renpy.exe (or renpy-32.exe if your OS is 32bit).
4. Select game from the Projects tab and click Launch Project

The question specifically mentioned the MC doing the NTR. I don’t think the Rules on what needs to be declared as NTR matter here.
The next update is getting close now. I'm willing to state that it can be expected by the end of this week, though there is still a little work left to do.
