Really wish we could have a non-sandbox version of it, but a VN version instead. It would probably be a much bigger name in the genre.

- Added a secret way to get Evelyn pregnant without having to be in a relationship with her and without her leaving town. This option is hidden until the exact requirements appear and disappears once it is no longer relevant.
Is there any new ntr scene or just the one repeatable anal scenes with sister + the other dude?

In the dev notes section, I see mention of a walkthrough, yet there is no link to a walkthrough that I can see. I know I tried this game a while ago, but can't remember if it needed the external walkthrough, or if it had a decent system to let you know what to do next, so you aren't clicking around randomly, hoping you find the right location at the right time. I usually avoid unfinished sandbox games for that reason, but the previews and the overview got me to try it out.

Bummer. The game says all saves before 1.0.0 are not supported. I was hoping to try other endings as I think they were not all completed the last time I played.

Congratulations on completing the project, Belle. This was one of the first adult VNs I played when I got into them a few years ago now.
If you made any saves, you might want to just delete all of them and start over. There's no telling what kind of issues might crop up because you technically started a game on 0.42, which is no longer supported in 1.0.0.
