I try to keep the story real (Well as much as you can for an adult porn harem game). In RL girls forget to take their pills, sometimes on purpose.Doctors that tell girls they can't get pregnant are wrong.

If anyone is to get pregnant, it should be Jessy first before anyone else. If any of the other girls gets pregnant first there could be murder in paradise!
It should also be something that MC and Jessy discuss and agree upon before it happens. They should at least be discussing it in passing as they have already, even if it is to be a surprise, IMHO.
